Meet Ashima
I’m Ashima Singh, PhD, and I've spent 15+ years helping organizations make sense of their strategy, data, and impact.
As a former senior evaluation leader in higher education, I’ve built organization-wide measurement systems, advised leadership teams, and worked across nonprofits, higher education, and public-sector initiatives. I’ve also helped organizations do the tricky work of translating complex information into practical priorities, clear reporting, and stronger decision-making
I now bring that experience directly to mission-driven leaders. My Meaningful Messaging approach helps you leverage the good work you’re already doing, make sense of your data, and communicate your impact more clearly.

As a first-generation, bilingual, and bicultural immigrant woman of color who was both a student and an administrator in higher education, Ashima researched, experienced, and witnessed the opportunities and hurdles that people on the margins experienced as either ladders to success or stumbling blocks. She brings that understanding, wide range of experiences, a keen sense of fairness, a trauma-informed ethic, and an insatiable sense of curiosity to her work.

How do you determine your service fees? Fees are tailored to the complexity of your needs and the services provided. They can range anywhere from $300 to over $150K. To ensure no surprises, Ashima provides a clear breakdown of fees before signing an agreement or beginning any work.
